EZ
Attendance allows your visitors to check in and out with the simple
swipe of a plastic card using either a magnetic stripe reader or a bar code
reader. When a person “logs-in”, a picture of the person displays on the
screen. The operator is able to instantly verify that this is the proper
cardholder, allowing for better security for your facility.

EZ Attendance
Features:

Easy
installation and set-up.

Quick
clock-in/out using a magnetic stripe card, a bar-coded card or through the
keyboard.

Search
for a person by typing in their ID number, first name or last name. The
wildcard feature allows the user to type in just the first few
characters of the name to search by.

Activity
reports -- The reports can be filtered by date and can be sorted by any
field or a combination of fields (First name, Last name, ID number, Date,
Time-in, Time-out, Activity).

Personnel’ database -- Saves information and pictures in a Microsoft
Access 2000 database.

Activity
list -- Allows for the selection of what activity the person is going to
attend or visit. Select from a list or make one activity the default.

Show
clock-in notice -- If this feature is enabled the person’s name and photo
will display on the screen allowing the operator to verify the person
clocking-in.

Show
clock-out notice -- If this feature is enabled the person’s name will
display on the screen to notify the operator that the person is leaving.

Passwords -- The program can be password protected.

Barcode
or Magnetic stripe readers -- The software can be set-up to read either
barcodes or magnetic stripes. It can also be set-up to read only
specified portions of the barcode or magnetic stripe.

The
‘Personnel’ database can be shared with many of the popular identification
software. (i.e. LexID, Episuite, CardFive, etc.)
