Multicard has had offices in southern California since 2000. Our local San Diego team includes Sales, 2 Field Service Technicians, and our Service Manager. In addition to servicing card printers, embossers, and dog tag machines, we also provide a wide array of technology solutions in the security space. - How do I contact Multicard? Use the same phone and email you are used to. We have them forwarding to the right folks. Our phone number is also posted in the upper-right of all our website pages. And, on our home page you will find direct links to place a service call or contact sales.
- What kind of service can I expect? Multicard has always had a team of local Field Service Technians based in San Diego. In addition, we staff a full-time Service Dispatcher, so you will always get a live voice. Multicard invests heavily in our Service Software, allowing us to track equipment & service history, dispatch technicians, run reports, and stay at the technology forefront in how we provide professional services. In addition, our Professional Services team consists of Systems Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Project Managers to support more advanced design, builds, and implementations.
